Spin

Yoga
Spin is the ideal fitness and fat loss class.  Spin gives you a moderate to high intensity, non-impact workout.  Each class gives you  an outdoor ride on an indoor stationary bike.  Studies have shown spin burns more calories than any other group exercise class.

Pump

Pilates
Pump is a non impact class to music, designed to give your body a complete workout using barbells and weights. The class uses all over body exercises focusing on good technique with light weights and high repetitions. Pump is sure to give you that well-toned, lean body.

Pilates mat classes focus on your core strength and flexibility to improve coordination and body alignment.  With correct breathing and control of deeper muscles pilates promotes efficient movements with the focus on good posture and body awareness.

Step
Fit2Box and circuit classes use a variety of exercise including boxing, resistance and cardio training to give you a complete fitness workout.  These outdoor classes give you a completed circuit workout on mondays and for those that want like to box, this is for you.

Step is one of the originals.  With coordination and high pace step is a great cardio workout giving you a great leg workout.  If you are new to step or need to refresh your memory of the moves, join in the early class for learn the skills to enjoy your workout.

Aqua

A dynamic, fitness-to-music program that leaves you feeling relaxed! It combines yoga,tai chi and pilates. Carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses creating a holistic low impact workout.

A non impact cardiovascular workout that is sure to get your heart rate up. Great for people with joint pain and in hot weather.
